Account Rules
One account per person
Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these terms. jk111 will close all duplicate accounts and may withhold any balances held in them.
Accurate information

Withdrawals & KYC
You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include: National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. Document review takes up to 24 hours. First-time withdrawals may take up to 2 hours to process after KYC approval.

Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. jk111 may carry out additional checks before releasing large withdrawals. These checks are for fraud prevention and player security.
Bonus Rules & Wagering

Wagering requirement
All bonuses are subject to a ×14 wagering requirement. This means the combined value of your deposit and bonus must be wagered fourteen times before any withdrawal can be made. The validity period for completing wagering is 7 days from the date the bonus is credited.
jk111 reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited betting strategies. Bonus terms for individual promotions may differ from the general rules above; always read the specific offer page before claiming.
Fair Play & Game Rules

Account Suspension & Closure

- A regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so.
If your account is closed for non-breach reasons (for example, at your own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding wagering obligations.
Limits on Our Liability
